Every JET coach holds a personal training certification or an exercise science/kinesiology degree, and that is just the starting line. Annual continuing education reimbursement and ongoing development are built in, so you keep sharpening your craft.
Competitive Pay.
Salary-based pay across five coaching tiers, from Foundation to Lead Coach, plus bonuses for retention, referrals, reviews, client transformations, and annual awards.

Education & Standards
Certified is the minimum.
We hire coaches who are certified and show confident application of their education, then expect (and fund) growth from there. Specialties across strength, Pilates, yoga, pre/postnatal, and pain-free performance mean you're always learning from the teammate next to you.

Pay & Growth
Build your career beyond training.
Base pay options from $40,000 to $80,000 base, with total compensation reaching $110,000+ for top performers. You move up through quarterly reviews and KPIs with clear criteria.

Virtual Interview
Tell us your story, your coaching philosophy, and what you're building.
Live Session
Train two of our coaches and show us how you teach, cue, and connect.
Internship Days
Spend time on the floor with the team to see if it's the right fit for both sides.
2-2-2 Onboarding
First 2 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months: culture, systems, supervised sessions, then building your client load.
